Before using our tools, check your account settings. These are key configurations to optimize the delivery of your emails, newsletters, and invitations.
Account details
Update and add company contact information.
Upload your company logo.
Add a link to your company’s privacy policy.
Enter your Container-ID for tracking via Google Tag Manager, if applicable.
E-mail settings
Default Sender
- Enter the desired sender name (who appears as the sender of the email).
- Specify the reply-to address (default address recipients reply to).

Link Tracking
Select the default settings for tracking clicks and opens in email campaigns. Refer to the guide on "Click and Open Measurements" for available options.
Domain Whitelisting (Under the Settings tab)
Whitelist domains to reduce the risk of your emails being marked as spam. Add trusted domains to ensure safe and accurate redirection for email links and subscription confirmation pages.
