Subscription limitations

Here’s a clear breakdown of what’s included, and not included, in each Ungapped subscription level.

 

🆓 Free Trial

  • Valid for 14 days – no payment information required.

  • Full access to the platform interface and features.

  • Important: You cannot send live campaigns/mails to contact lists or publish events/surveys during the trial period. Use the test-mail feature: Send a test mail

📦 General for all payed plans:

  • Monthly sending volume is limited to 4× the size of your contact quota.

Example:
• If you have PRO 10,000 → Max 10,000 unique active contacts per year, and max 40,000 emails/month
• PRO 5,000 → Max 5'000 unique active contacts per year, and max 20,000 emails/month

📨 Basic Plan

  • Up to 10,000 contacts per account.

  • Features included:
    • Email/newsletters
    • Surveys
    • SMS

  • Includes Ungapped branding in the footer.

  • One account and one user.

  • Access to knowledge base (no personal support).

  • Payment method: Card payment

 

🚀 PRO Plan

Includes everything in Basic, plus:

  • Advanced statistics

  • Advanced surveys

  • Event tool

  • API (REST)

  • Basic automation (triggers)

  • Personal support via chat, email, and phone

  • Unlimited users

  • Ability to create additional accounts

  • Payment methods: Invoice and card

 

🤖 Automation Plan (Marketing Automation)

Includes everything in PRO, plus:

  • Customer journeys (Journey Builder)

  • Segmentation engine

  • Onsite tools (popups, triggers, tracking)
     

⚠️ Important note:

You cannot delete inactive contacts just to "free up space" for new active ones. Archiving or deleting contacts does not reset your annual active contact limit.
