To include respondent answers in the confirmation email, follow these steps:
- Create an e-mail draft based on the “You said what?!” e-mail template.
Style and edit this draft as desired. (You can save this draft as a template for future use if needed.) - Send this e-mail to a test list. The sent email should then appear under the “Sent” tab.
- In the FORM, go to Settings in the right-hand menu:
- Click Send confirmation after submit.
- Select the confirmation email. (Note: You must have sent the email at least once to make it available as a confirmation e-mail.)
- Save the settings.
Now, test the form: Open the survey's URL, complete the form, and check that your specified answers are emailed to the address you provided in the form.
Delete your test response from the form, if desired.
Question:
I only want to include certain answers from the respondent in the e-mail, not all responses. How can I do this?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
