If you have tested the survey yourself and submitted responses a few times, make sure to delete your survey responses! Otherwise, your test responses will affect the survey statistics, especially if it includes rating questions or an NPS question.
- Open the survey
- Click on Show Responses (the left button)
- Tick the boxes in front of the responses you want to delete
- Click on Delete selected on your top right.
