How do I change a user's permissions?

The account administrator can assign different roles to users on the account. The available permissions are:

User - can use the platform.
Administrator - can use the platform and also:

  • invite users to the account
  • remove users from the account
  • change account settings
  • upgrade the account
  • edit billing details
  • add funds to the account/subscription's sms balance

To change permissions:

  1. Log in and click on your name at the bottom of the left menu and go to account settings.
  2. Click on "Account users".
  3. Make sure you are on the "Users" tab.
  4. Change a user's role by clicking on the "user/administrator" dropdown list for the specific user and select a role from the roll-down list.
