The account administrator can assign different roles to users on the account. The available permissions are:
User - can use the platform.
Administrator - can use the platform and also:
- invite users to the account
- remove users from the account
- change account settings
- upgrade the account
- edit billing details
- add funds to the account/subscription's sms balance
To change permissions:
- Log in and click on your name at the bottom of the left menu and go to account settings.
- Click on "Account users".
- Make sure you are on the "Users" tab.
- Change a user's role by clicking on the "user/administrator" dropdown list for the specific user and select a role from the roll-down list.
