Scenario:
Robin, who has registered and is attending your event, reaches out and says they can’t find their confirmation e-mail. They ask you to resend it.
Here’s how to do it:
Open the event
Go to Guest list in the left-hand menu
Find Robin in the list
Click the three dots to the far right of Robin’s name
Select Resend confirmation e-mail
Once the e-mail has been sent, you’ll see a green confirmation message appear in the top left corner
