Resend the confirmation e-mail manually

Scenario:
Robin, who has registered and is attending your event, reaches out and says they can’t find their confirmation e-mail. They ask you to resend it.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Open the event

  2. Go to Guest list in the left-hand menu

  3. Find Robin in the list

  4. Click the three dots to the far right of Robin’s name

  5. Select Resend confirmation e-mail


  6. Once the e-mail has been sent, you’ll see a green confirmation message appear in the top left corner
