At the top of the black left-hand menu, you’ll find Account Search, where you can search for items in your Ungapped account, such as e‑mails, surveys, and contact lists.
Click in the search field – a white box will open.
Type what you want to search for in the field.
You will now see the search results, which you can sort by Relevance, Name, or Recently saved.
You can also filter the search results by item type: e‑mails, surveys, SMS, events, journeys, or contact lists.
Additionally, you can filter these item types by status, for example e‑mail templates, published surveys, or survey drafts. Below the filter icon, you can also choose to display only the items you have most recently saved yourself.
