Bounced contacts - show bounce reason

  1. Go to Contacts under Recipients in the left menu
  2. Go to Filter in the menu and filter out all bounced contacts (bounced e-mail = yes)
  3. Click on Fields in the menu, scroll to the bottom and check the box for "Bounce Reson".

When you export contacts, "BounceReason" will be included in the excel file as a separate column.
