Recycle bin - restore deleted objects and contacts

It is possible to restore most things that someone has accidentally deleted on the account;
contacts, contact lists, emails, email templates, surveys, survey templates, events, themes.

What CANNOT BE RESTORED is the following:

  • deleted images
  • deleted email blocks
  • deleted text messages
  • deleted configurations (used when importing contacts from, for example, a CRM)
  • deleted tags
  • deleted journeys.

Find the recycle bin

You find the recycle bin under "the three dots" in the top right of the email tool, survey tool, contacts, events, and themes.

Restore an object

  1. Open the recycle bin
  2. Go to the correct tab (Mailings, Surveys, Events, Lists, Contacts, Themes)
  3. Mark the object(s) that you want to restore
  4. Click on the turquoise "Restore selected"-button in the top right corner.
  5. Close the dialog box
  6. The object is now restored.

NOTE! The film is in Swedish.

Click on the icon in the bottom right corner of the film to open the film in fullscreen mode.

QUESTIONS:

  1. Is it not possible to filter by person (user) in the recycle bin?
    ANSWER: No, not currently.

  2. Is it not possible to search by title/name/email address inside the recycle bin?
    ANSWER: No, not currently.
