Depending on WHAT, or even IF, the respondent has answered a question, different individuals may be notified.
Example:
You have an interest form and ask respondents which language they are interested in.
If the respondent answers "German" then the German-teacher should be informed, but if the respondent answers "Spanish" then the Spanish-teacher should be informed.
it is possible to notify:
- If the question has been answered
- If the question has not been answered
- If the question has been answered with a specific answer option
It is possible to send email notifications to both account users and non-account users.

Click on the icon at the bottom right of the film to open it in full screen mode.
- Mark the question, and click on the Advanced tab in the right column
- Click on the Edit notifications-button under "Send email notification"
- Specify which account users and/or non-account users should be notified.
(It is possible to specify multiple account users, but only one non-account user at a time.) - Choose when the email notification should be sent.
Either when the question has been answered, when the question has not been answered, or when the question has been answered with a specific answer option. - Click on the turquoise "Add" button
- Close the dialog box
- Save the survey.
