If you change the reply-to address of an email, the new email address must be validated before you can send the email campaign.
You need to verify that the email address exists and that you have access to it.
You can validate the reply-to address in two ways:
VIA ACCOUNT SETTINGS:
- Click on the account name at the bottom left of the black menu bar.
- Then click on the account name under Account.
- Here, you will see the reply-to address in red text, with a red box below it. Click on the link in the red box.
- An e-mail with a confirmation link will now be sent to the address.
- Open the e-mail in your inbox and click on the confirmation link to validate the reply-to address.
VIA AN E-MAIL DRAFT:
- Open the email.
- Click the Send button at the bottom right, and then click the link in the validation message. An email with a confirmation link will now be sent to the address.
- Open the email in your inbox and click on the confirmation link to validate the reply-to address. Once this is done, you can send the email.
TIP Avoid using a Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail address as the reply-to address, as this increases the risk of your email being marked as spam.
