Follow up: Send out material

  1. Open the event
  2. Go to Communcation in the left column, then select Mailings
  3. Click the turquoise Create new mail button

  4. Select 4. Follow Up. Choose either the Ungapped standard template or create your own custom email.
    This email is automatically linked to the correct segment = the right recipients, i.e., those on the guest list who have the status "Attended."

  5. Insert a button (or create a regular text link) in the email, go to the Document tab, upload the material, and insert it.
  6. Send or schedule the email!
    If you schedule the email to be sent later, those who are in the segment at the time of sending will receive the evaluation email (not those who are in the segment at the time of scheduling).
  7. You can find the statistics for the evaluation email within the event, under Mailings.
