To make things easier for the event organizer, there is a public link to a check-in list for those at the door who will be checking off participants upon arrival. The check-in list is password protected, and the person who has received the link will only have access to the check-in list, nothing else on your Ungapped account.
First, you need to set a password for the check-in list:
Go to "Live" at the bottom of the left column, and click on the “eye” icon to view the existing password.
Enter a password (PIN code), it must be six characters long. Then click "Change."
(Or keep the existing password.)
You can then click on the link to the check-in list and log in with the password you just set.
To change a participant’s status on a mobile phone or tablet, swipe to the right and choose either "Attended" or "Not Attended."
You can also check in participants by scanning the QR code in their email (for example, the confirmation email or the "day before" email).
