Does your event have several activities on the same day? Do you want to limit the number of responses for each activity? Here's how to do it:
Open the event's registration form.
If your event is already live, just click the three dots in the top right corner and choose “Edit” to make changes.Add a 'Radio buttons' question.
On the right-hand side, under 'Question types', find and drag in the 'Radio buttons' option into your form.Type in your answer choices.
Set a limit for each option.
Click on the question you just added, then look to the right-hand menu and turn on 'Limit the number of answers per answer option'. Choose how many answers each option can get - you will se the number after each option in the survey. These numbers are not visible to those responding to the survey.
5. You're all set!
Now each option will have a limit on how many people can choose it. When an option has reached the maximum number of responses, it is greyed out and can no longer be selected.
