When you log in to your account, you always start from what we call the Dashboard.
Here you can find news and updates from Ungapped. You can see drafts, upcoming activities like scheduled emails or events, and recent activities such as sent newsletters, survey and event invitations, and SMS distributions.
- In the left-hand menu, you will find navigation to all tools.
- At the bottom left, you can see your account name and username. Click here to access your account settings.
- Here you will find manuals, information, and how to get in touch with our support team via phone, email, and chat.
News and Updates
- Here you will find our latest updates and news as well as other relevant information about Ungapped's tools.
Recent drafts
- Shows your ongoing unpublished email drafts, surveys, SMS, and event messages on your account.
Activities
- Scheduled - These are scheduled email and SMS messages, as well as upcoming events.
- Recent Activities - This shows recently sent email and SMS messages, published surveys, and events.
