For subscription users experiencing issues:
Open your e‑mail draft.
Go to Settings in the right-hand panel.
Check that the draft has a sender, a valid reply address, and is linked to one or more contact lists.
The draft must also have a subject line. You cannot send a newsletter without a subject line or one titled “Untitled mailing.”
