The HR department should only be allowed to create surveys, the consultant should only be allowed to view e-mail statistics, and the communicators should be allowed to create surveys and send newsletters…
How to create custom roles:
- Open account settings.
- Navigate to Account users in the left sidebar.
- Click on the Roles and permissions tab.
(If you don’t see this tab, contact Ungapped support.) - Click the turquoise Create new role button.
- Assign a name and optional description to the role, and configure it´s settings.
- Click Create role when you're done.
- You can then assign this role to account users.
To edit an existing role - simply click on the role’s name to open the edit mode, make your changes, and save.
