Manage Tags

Use tags to organize and to make it easier to find items in your account.
You can tag images, emails, email templates, surveys, survey templates, events, contact lists, individual contacts, and custom email blocks.

Create a Tag

You can create tags in multiple places – in the image library, an email, an email template, a survey, a survey template, an event, a contact list, a contact card, and in tag manager (found in account settings).
Create a tag by typing the desired tag name and pressing the Enter key on your keyboard.

Edit a Tag

  1. Open the account settings.
  2. Go to Tag manager in the left panel.
  3. Enable Edit tag names.
  4. Select the tag you want to edit and change its name.

Delete a Tag

  1. Open the account settings.
  2. Go to Tag manager in the left panel.
  3. Select the tag(s) you want to delete.
  4. Click the red Delete button.
  5. Confirm that you want to delete the tag(s).

Merge Multiple Tags

  1. Open the account settings.
  2. Go to Tag manager in the left panel.
  3. Select the tags you want to merge.
    The number indicates how many items in the account are using this tag.
  4. Click the Merge selected button.
  5. Select tag to keep.
