All of our subscriptions include technical support for handling issues that arise due to shortcomings in our service. This means that if users experience technical problems related to our platform. such as error messages or performance issues, are entitled to support from our support team at no additional cost.

When the issue falls outside the scope of our service, such as problems with third-party services (for example, Google Analytics, Outlook, WordPress, etc.) or local environment issues such as internet connectivity or compatibility problems, technical support may, in some cases, be offered for a fee.

Technical support for issues caused by external factors is charged according to the following pricing:
SEK 1,050 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. This includes time spent on troubleshooting and handling issues that are not directly related to our service.

Examples of issues we can troubleshoot, but which are billable:

  • Problems with subscription forms – We can offer technical troubleshooting of uploaded HTML/CSS on your website; however, this is not included in standard support and is provided as a consultation service, billed according to our technical support rates.
