Include background data about the respondent

If you already have respondent data stored in Ungapped (e.g., location, job title, company, age, or region), there's no need to ask for it again in the survey. By keeping your survey shorter and more focused, you increase the chances of respondents completing it.

CONDITIONS FOR SUCCESS

  • The survey is non-anonymous
  • The invitation email is sent from Ungapped

In the button/link in the invitation email, you include parameters.

In the survey, you use hidden questions to capture the data (parameter).
