Custom fields allow you to personalize information in an SMS, such as the recipient’s first name, even when sending a mass SMS. The data is pulled from the database, so make sure you’ve uploaded the data to Ungapped beforehand.
Place your cursor where you want to insert the custom field in the SMS, click on Contact Fields, and select the information you want to insert.
