Hide e‑mail blocks – Customize content for mobile and desktop

This feature is ideal for adapting your e‑mail content for different devices. It allows you to make adjustments such as:

  • Adjusting headline text sizes: A large font size that looks great on desktop might appear overwhelming on a mobile screen. You can tailor the text size for each device type.

  • Using alternate image versions for mobile: Sometimes you may want to display a cropped or alternative version of an image on mobile devices to better fit the screen size or highlight specific details.

  • Hiding the pre‑header: If you want to hide the pre‑header (the short summary that appears before the actual content), this feature lets you do so for both desktop and mobile. Note that the pre‑header will still appear in the recipient’s inbox list.

  • Hiding barcodes on mobile devices: In some cases, you may want to hide barcodes when viewed on mobile to create a cleaner or more focused user experience.

How to hide an e‑mail block
 

  1. Select the e‑mail block you want to hide.

  2. Open the Advanced tab in the right‑hand panel.

  3. Adjust your settings.

  4. Test in Preview.

  5. Save.
