Preview mail containing custom fields

How will Zandra’s e-mail look? And Oscar’s?

If the email contains custom fields, you can preview how it will appear for a specific recipient.

How to do it:

  1. Open the Preview (the eye icon in the right-hand panel).
  2. Click on Target Audience at the top right in the bar.
  3. Search for a specific contact on the account (search by the contact’s email address).
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Click Close in the top right corner to exit the preview, and return to editing mode.
