Insert an image from the free library

Inside our image library, there is a free library with more than two million images.
These images can be used free of charge, without crediting the photographer. You may also freely edit these images.

  1. Drag an image block from the right-hand panel OR select an existing image you want to replace.

  2. Click Replace under the image in the right-hand panel.

  3. The account’s image library will open.

  4. Go to the Free gallery tab.

  5. On the right side, there is a search bar where you can search for images.
Note: You must search using English words.

  6. When you find the image you want, click Insert.
(This image will now be added to the image library in your Ungapped account.)

TIP! Most images in the free library are very large and often quite heavy.
Instead of clicking Insert, click the small downward arrow to the right of the Insert button and choose Automatic size.

Insert an image from a URL

You can also insert an image in your email that is NOT stored in the image library of your Ungapped account.

  1. Drag an image block from the right-hand panel OR select an existing image you want to replace.

  2. Click Replace under the image in the right-hand panel.

  3. The account’s image library will open.

  4. Go to the From URL tab and paste the image URL.

  5. You will now see a preview of the image.

  6. Click the preview to insert the image into your email.

Note! Images inserted from a URL (and therefore not stored in Ungapped’s image library) cannot be edited.
If you want to edit the image, you must first upload it to Ungapped’s image library.
