Example 1 – Women in Västernorrland county
If you have a large contact list and only want to send an e-mail to a specific segment (for example women in Västernorrland), you can efficiently target this segment without manually creating a separate contact list.
You could use the Advanced Search function to filter this segment and then place it in its own contact list, but there is a smarter, simpler, and faster way.

Note! This feature is not included in all subscriptions. If you don't see the filter icon in the e-mail editor, you may need to upgrade your subscription. Contact support if that's the case! |
- Open the e-mail.
- Link the e-mail to one or more contact lists.
- Click on the filter icon and make your selection.
You can use multiple filters if needed, but be careful to choose the correct logic ("AND/OR") and apply it thoughtfully. - To check how many contacts are in the segment: Click the "Send" button in the right-hand panel, where you’ll see a calculation of the segment size.
