Before you can edit a contact on your account (for example change the e-mail address, add more info about the contact, reset a bounce or manually block a contact) you first need to find the contact.
You can open a specific contact list and search for the contact there, but it’s easier to search for the contact among all contacts.
- Click on Recipients in the black menu on the left.
- Click the Contacts tab - you will now see a list of all contacts on your account.
- At the top right, you’ll find Search - click to open the search field.
- Enter your search term in the search box.
- Click on the turquoise name/text to open the contact card.

Click at Filter and drag the “Unsubscribed e-mail”-slider to the right.
