Ungapped offers an AI service called AI Assistant for generating images, translation, and rephrasing text. The AI Assistant is included for customers with an Enterprise subscription.
If you don’t have an Enterprise subscription, you can add the AI Assistant for 1,500 SEK/month (regardless of how many accounts or users you have).
Which AI is used?
The AI used is OpenAI’s ChatGPT, accessed via API.
Does the AI know who I am?
No. All API calls are made in Ungapped’s name, so your identity, IP address, and organization are not visible.
How does the AI Assistant handle personal data and GDPR?
The customer who orders the AI Assistant gets the feature for their account and makes calls on specific text blocks.
In other words, you decide exactly what is sent to OpenAI, and it has no access to any personal data.
Of course, you should always avoid sharing sensitive data with the AI Assistant.
Help! I don’t want AI to be trained on my data or store the texts I use.
The texts you send are deleted after 30 days and, unlike the consumer version, they are not used to further train the AI.
What is it really? It sounds complicated.
